The price of products showing on the website is in Euro and does not include shipping tax, that the buyer must support in case of an order smaller than 80 Euro. Shipping is free in case of an order equal and bigger than 80 Euro but, this facility applies only for packages delivered to Romania.

Methods of payment – you can select the payment method from the command page: direct bank transfer (make your payment directly into our bank account with your Order ID, as the payment reference), cash on delivery (only in Romania), or online via EuPlatesc with credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro).

If you’ve chosen the Online credit card via EuPlatesc payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secure payment processor page. Credit/debit card payments issued under the logo Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are performed through the 3D Secure system elaborate by organizations which ensures online transactions the same level of security as ATMs or store transactions. 3D Secure first ensures that no other information about your card is not transferred or stored on the online shop servers or on the payment processor servers, these data being directly entered into Visa and MasterCard systems.
Important to know! There is no commission charge for bank card payments.

The trading currency is Ron and the conversion is done at the BNR exchange rate when you choose to complete the order.

Shipping is done with Sameday (RO) and Fan Courier (RO and EU) and the final value of the package will include the shipping tax and will be placed to the agent of delivery. In case you choose to pay with credit card or via PayPal on website, the value of the shipping tax will be added to the price of product and they will by debited together from the credit card used for paying.

EU countries with Fan Courier coverage are: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, CROATIA, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, GREAT BRITAIN, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, HUNGARY.

Shipping cost is 5 Euro on Romanian territory and 23 Euro in European Union. The price is calculated at the BNR course of the payment date.

The delivery date of the purchased products is between 3 to 10 working days in Romania and between 10 to 20 working days in EU, from the moment you placed the order.

Străbuna can not guarantee the above delivery terms, in case of events such as: cases of force majeure (earthquakes, floods, etc.), interventions of state authorities, strikes, unfavorable weather conditions, logistical problems encountered the shipping etc.

Package tracking can be done by using the AWB code of the package on your account page at www.culturadestrada.com and clicking on Order History. If you are not a registered user, you will receive an e-mail with the AWB code of your package when the package leaves the Străbuna office. With this code you can see exactly where your package is on www.sameday.ro for Romania / www.fancourier.ro for Romania and EU countries, or at the phone number on their pages.
