The price of products showing on the website does not include shipping tax, that the buyer must support in case of an order smaller than 350 lei. Shipping is free in case of an order equal and bigger than 350 lei.

Methods of payment – you can select the payment method from the command page: direct bank transfer (make your payment directly into our bank account with your Order ID, as the payment reference), cash on delivery, or online via iPay BT with credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro).

If you’ve chosen the online credit card via iPay BT payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secure payment processor page. Credit/debit card payments issued under the logo Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are performed through the 3D Secure 2 system elaborate by organizations which ensures online transactions the same level of security as ATMs or store transactions. 3D Secure 2 first ensures that no other information about your card is not transferred or stored on the online shop servers or on the payment processor servers, these data being directly entered into Visa and MasterCard systems.
Important to know! There is no commission charge for bank card payments.

Shipping is done with Sameday courier and the final value of the package will include the shipping tax and will be placed to the agent of delivery. In case you choose to pay with credit card on website, the value of the shipping tax will be added to the price of product and they will by debited together from the credit card used for paying.

The delivery date of the purchased products is between 3 to 10 working days, from the moment you placed the order.

Străbuna can not guarantee the above delivery terms, in case of events such as: cases of force majeure (earthquakes, floods, etc.), interventions of state authorities, strikes, unfavorable weather conditions, logistical problems encountered the shipping etc.

Package tracking can be done by using the AWB code of the package on your account page at www.culturadestrada.com and clicking on Order History. If you are not a registered user, you will receive an e-mail with the AWB code of your package when the package leaves the Străbuna office. With this code you can see exactly where your package is on www.sameday.ro
