Terms of return

The products ordered from the website www.culturadestrada.com can be returned in case you want a different product or in case the product you ordered has manufacturing defects undetected before the packing of it.

Anything ordered from the website can be changed within 14 days from the day of receiving the package with 2 conditions:

• The product needs to be in the same condition as it was at the moment it was received, with the tags attached and with the original box, showing no signs of wear, spots or defects due to cause of usage.
• Shipping taxes will be supported by the buyer.

If you want to return a product, first you need to announce us with an e-mail at the address office@culturadestrada.com (don’t forget to mention at least one element of identification: the name of the person who ordered and/or the reason you return it).

The returned products will be sent to: Romania, Arad, 35 Măgurele street, postal code 310490.

We DO NOT accept packages with CASH on delivery or which are improperly packed

DO NOT stick the address or envelope with AWB directly on the box, pack the product in a shipping bag or paper to avoid damage.

We DO NOT take liability for the packages that arrive to us deteriorated.

In case you don’t want to replace one product with another, but you prefer to receive back the value of the product bought, it can be done with bank transfer (in the account you mention on your e-mail) within 14 days from the reception of the package in Străbuna office.

If you are thinking to return a product, do not use it, do not damage the original box, do not break the labels or identification items and keep the bill.
